As a third-generation Atlantan, Trent Aldridge has dedicated his career to offering an elevated level of service. Bringing 18 years of real estate experience to the table, he has sold over 200 properties, and consistently ranks in the top 1% of agents in Atlanta. Trent works directly with each client to ensure they have the best representation on every transaction. He specializes in Midtown condos and loves introducing people to the neighborhood. Real estate was always his passion and first career choice, starting with apartment rentals in highschool to building his own brokerage. When he's not working, Trent is an avid traveler who enjoys new experiences, good food, and historic architecture. Throughout his career, he has steadily built a reliable network of lawyers, lenders, inspectors, and contractors and he now leads a dynamic team of local real estate experts who share his vision for excellence.
Ivan first moved to Atlanta to study at Emory University, and obtained a Masters in Public Health. He began his real estate career 8 years ago, and is now a co-owner of CityMax Realty. You can find him behind the scenes editing videos, creating content, or building this website to put our sellers properties in the spotlight. His attention to detail and ability to listen are valuable assets in contract negotiations and advocating for our clients. With a passion for sustainability, Ivan pushed CityMax to become a paperless real estate office. In his spare time you can find him baking pastries, or biking down the Beltline. Born in London, he has had the opportunity to live all over the world, including South Africa and Turkey. He knows how stressful it can be moving to a new city, and is there to make the process go smoothly.
Growing up in Tokyo Japan, Kako began her career working for Japan Airlines, where she had the opportunity to travel the world. After being stationed in Hawaii and New York City, she transferred to Atlanta in 1989 and fell in love with the city. Soon after Kako started a travel agency, which helped find accommodation for the Japanese Olympic Team during Atlanta’s 1996 Olympic Games. She launched her real estate career as an onsite agent at MidCity Lofts and then the Dakota, two mid-rise condo buildings in Midtown. With over 17 years of experience Kako joined the CityMax Realty team. She continues to have a strong connection with the expat community in Atlanta, and shares a passion for Japanese cuisine. When she's not cooking at home, you can find me at one of the many exceptional restaurants in this city. Kako is truly an entertainer at heart, and seeks to make everyone feel at home.
